Holder Rights

Each LiqFrogs holder is granted FULL COMMERCIAL usage rights to the artwork of the NFT they own. Holders may utilize their character image for creating products, merchandise, or other commercial works, provided that they continue to hold ownership of that specific token.

Please note that these rights apply exclusively to the individual character artwork associated with each NFT. The official LiqFrogs logo is reserved for official use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

To support our community, holders will have access to a specially designed “LiqFrogs Club” logo, created exclusively for them. This logo can be downloaded and used freely for commercial purposes by all verified holders.

Commercial Use Disclaimer

All LiqFrogs NFTs grant holders full commercial usage rights to the character artwork of the token they own, subject to the following terms:
1. Scope of Rights

Rights apply exclusively to the individual NFT character artwork.
The official LiqFrogs logo and brand identity are reserved for official use only and may not be used commercially.

2. Holder Logo

Verified holders may download and use the specially designed “LiqFrogs Club” logo for commercial projects.
This logo is provided solely for holder use and is not transferable to non-holders.

3. Conditions of Use

Commercial rights remain valid only while the holder maintains ownership of the NFT.
Once the NFT is sold or transferred, all associated commercial rights automatically expire.

4. Limitations

Holders may not use LiqFrogs artwork or logos in ways that are unlawful, defamatory, or damaging to the reputation of the LiqFrogs brand.
Official partnerships, collaborations, or large-scale commercial activities may require prior written consent from the LiqFrogs team.
